Starting in August 2027, you’llearn while you learn, gain hands-on experience across Yeovil Collegeand develop the skills, confidence and qualifications to build a successful career.
Over 18 months, you’ll work acrossthree different departments, giving you a real insight into how a large organisation works. From customer serviceandcommunicationsto data, digital systemsand administration, you’ll get involved in meaningful work, build your confidence and discover where your strengths could take you.
And you won’t be left to figure it out alone.Supporting our apprentices is something we take seriously.You’ll have a dedicated team around you, regular coaching, time to complete your apprenticeship work and plenty of opportunities tolearn from experienced colleagues.You’ll be trusted with real responsibility while having the support you need to develop along the way.
You’ll also be joining the College at an exciting time. Our new campus facilities and £60m Big Build programme are creating an inspiring place to work and learn, with new buildings, facilities and opportunities opening up across the College.

Confident with technology – able to use, or keen to develop skills in, Microsoft Office.

Qualifications – Level 2 Maths and English, plus Level 2 Business and/or ICT (or equivalent).

Professional and adaptable – able to work confidentially, respond to changing priorities and work occasional evenings when required.
