Joining an established pre-construction team, youโll prepare and manage competitive tenders across a variety of construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
โช Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications
โช Preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates
โช Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries
โช Obtaining, analysing and comparing quotations
โช Identifying commercial opportunities and risks
โช Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and operational colleagues
โช Attending tender meetings, site visits and internal reviews
โช Supporting value engineering and alternative construction solutions
โช Delivering commercially robust tenders within agreed deadlines
โช Supporting the transition from pre-construction into delivery
โช Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients

An experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator from a main contracting, fit-out, refurbishment or similar contracting background.
Ideally, youโll bring:
โช Around five or more years of relevant estimating experience
โช A strong understanding of tendering and pre-construction
โช Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
โช Experience pricing projects from drawings and tender documentation
โช Strong subcontractor and supplier knowledge
โช The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
โช A professional, practical approach to estimating

ยฃ70,000โยฃ85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and excellent company benefits.
