Recruitment Resourcer – US Engineering
Ingenivm Group is a growing specialist recruitment business focused on the US engineering market, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with the right attitude, energy and ambition to join our team.
This isn’t simply a resourcer role.
You’ll have the rare opportunity to work closely with a founder who genuinely cares about developing people and has a proven history of creating high-performing recruitment consultants.
You’ll learn directly from experienced recruitment professionals, develop your skills and have a clear opportunity to progress as you demonstrate your ability.

The Role:
You’ll support the recruitment team across:

Candidate sourcing and headhunting

Shortlisting candidates against live vacancies

Candidate qualification and telephone screening
-
Conducting Teams interviews
-
Building candidate pipelines
-
Job advertising
-
Lead generation
-
Supporting consultants with live recruitment campaigns

Maintaining accurate candidate information on our CRM database.
