Join a Growing Motor Industry Business
We are recruiting for a growing specialist business supporting the UK motor and collision repair industry through technical services, diagnostics, programming and professional training.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Training & Administration Coordinator to join the team and help keep their busy training operation running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
This is a varied, hands-on office role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be responsible for:
-
Coordinating customer training bookings and managing the training calendar
-
Liaising with customers, training providers, assessors and awarding bodies
-
Registering candidates and preparing assessment paperwork
-
Maintaining accurate booking, candidate and training records
-
Supporting the smooth running of courses at the Milton Keynes training centre
-
Raising customer invoices and maintaining spreadsheets and admin records
-
Handling calls, enquiries, visitors and general office administration
-
Arranging course requirements such as lunches, supplies and equipment
-
Providing wider administrative support to the business
What are we looking for?
You’ll be highly organised, reliable and detail-focused, with the confidence to communicate professionally with customers and external organisations.
You should have:
-
At least 1 year’s experience in administration, coordination or customer service
-
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
-
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
-
A confident telephone and email manner
-
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
-
A willingness to learn new systems, processes and industry knowledge
Motor industry or training-sector experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience with Xero, training providers, awarding bodies or booking systems would be an advantage.
Full training provided
