We are seeking an experienced and highly organise Personal Assistant to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders within a busy educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced role and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing complex diaries, meetings, and correspondence
Preparing agendas, reports, and meeting documentation
Taking accurate minutes at senior leadership meetings
Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
Supporting compliance and regulatory documentation
Assisting with HR administration and project work
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For:
Previous Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesAn enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
This role is 37 hours per week and required 39 weeks of the year.
