Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Robot Welder to join one of our manufacturing clients in CV37.
In this role, you will operate robotic welding equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities

Operate robotic welders with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all fabricated parts.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to minimize downtime.

Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and minor repairs of welded components.

Conduct inspections of finished welds for adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Collaborate with the fabrication team to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.

Document production activities, including welding parameters and inspection results.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm
