Stridden Limited are recruiting an experienced Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter for an ongoing commercial construction project in Wolverhampton.
This position is specifically for an experienced shuttering carpenter. You must have previous formwork/shuttering experience and hold a minimum Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
There are 9–10 hours available per day, with plenty of additional overtime opportunities throughout the project.
Duties

Shuttering and formwork carpentry

Building and installing formwork for concrete structures

Traditional timber shuttering

Measuring, cutting and assembling formwork

Working from construction drawings
-
Striking and adapting formwork as required

Working alongside the wider site team

Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety
Requirements
-
Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card or higher – essential

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter

Commercial construction experience

Confident working from drawings
-
Own tools and PPE
-
Recent, checkable references

Reliable and able to start immediately
Pay & Hours
£26.00 per hour
9–10 hours per day with plenty of overtime available.
This is ongoing work, with consistent hours available for reliable and experienced shuttering carpenters.
