You will work closely with project management and site teams to maintain high standards, promote a positive safety culture and ensure full compliance throughout the project.
Health & Safety advisor duties

Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations

Advise project teams on health and safety legislation and best practice

Review and assist with RAMS, construction phase plans and safe systems of work

Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and corrective actions

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements

Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation
-
Attend project meetings and provide practical advice to management
-
Drive continuous improvement and encourage a proactive safety culture
