Based in Bicester our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software.
Offering £35,000 per annum.
Duties of the Bookkeeper:

Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments.

Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income.

Process sales, refunds and membership invoices.

Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed.

Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly.

Support with month end, providing relevant documentation.
Experience:

Previous bookkeeping skills.

Experience using Xero is desirable but not required.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Confident on computers.
