About Us:
We are a teaching agency working with a thriving three-form entry primary school in the Borough of Havering who are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA.
About The Client:
We are working with a primary school in the London Borough of Havering where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a girl on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a girl who has Autism and complex needs. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity and energy for stimulating and engaging the child.
Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 SEN TA:

Support a child on a 1:1 basis as a Year 3 SEN TA

Understanding of Autism

Differentiate activities as required

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 SEN TA:

Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA

Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs

Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups

Willingness to work part of a team

Safeguarding training
