About the Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a reputable client based in Chelmsford to recruit proactive Warehouse Picker Packers for their busy, supportive warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking a consistent afternoon/evening shift in a varied hands-on picking and packing role, with the chance to start immediately within a friendly and established team.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy at all times.

Safely and efficiently pack products ready for dispatch, maintaining quality standards throughout.

Carry out regular lifting of goods around the warehouse, following correct manual handling procedures.

Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to support a safe, tidy, and productive working environment.

Collaborate closely with a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team to help meet daily distribution targets.

Work efficiently under pressure while consistently upholding high standards of accuracy and care.

Support the wider warehouse and distribution team with general picking, packing, and inventory duties as required.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing, or distribution environment is highly desirable.

Willingness and ability to carry out regular manual lifting as part of the role.

Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to order picking and packing.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working a consistent afternoon/evening shift pattern.
