We’re looking for a Truck Sales Executive to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Huddersfield.
This is a role suited to someone with DAF and sales experience, as you will be managing customer accounts, developing new business and selling trucks across the Yorkshire area.
What’s on offer?

£40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

Commission structure with earnings up to £80,000

Permanent position

Mon – Fri | 8:30am – 5pm

Guaranteed fixed commission of £500 per month for the first 5 months

Commission at 11%, rising to 16% for new customers

Additional commission for internal bodywork and paintwork sales

What will you be doing as a Truck Sales Executive?
-
Selling trucks to new and existing customers
-
Managing existing customer accounts
-
Developing new business across the Yorkshire area
-
Visiting clients across areas including Huddersfield, Barnsley and Doncaster
-
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
-
Generating sales and profit for the business
-
Participating in marketing activity, sales promotions and events
What will you need?
-
Previous truck, commercial vehicle or dealership sales experience
-
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience

DAF experience
-
Strong relationship-building skills

Confidence generating new business

A proactive, target-driven approach to sales
