Health & Safety Advisor | Gosberton, Spalding + Package
Well-established family-run main contractor is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support SHEQ across their construction projects and wider business, based in Gosberton near Spalding.
You'll be out on site providing practical H&S advice to Project Managers, Site Managers and site teams — carrying out inspections and audits, reviewing RAMS, investigating incidents and helping build a strong, proactive safety culture. A hands-on advisory role with real influence rather than box-ticking.
The role:

Site inspections, audits and monitoring SHEQ standards

Reviewing risk assessments and method statements
-
Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses
-
Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and briefings
-
Supporting ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations
What we're looking for:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
-
Construction industry experience
-
Strong grounding in SHEQ legislation and CDM
-
Confident carrying out inspections, audits and investigations
-
IOSH membership (or working towards) desirable
-
Full UK driving licence required

Enhanced DBS required
