We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business in Burton upon Trent. Whether you're experienced in production or looking for a fresh start, full training is provided.

Shift Pattern
Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Enjoy your weekends off while working consistent full-time hours.
Pay & Overtime
Production Operative / Packer
£13.05 per hour
£16.31 per hour overtime (Monday to Saturday)
£19.58 per hour overtime (Sunday)
Your Duties
Packing high-quality food products
Working on a modern production line
Labelling, checking and preparing products for dispatch
Ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintained
Keeping your work area clean and organised
Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
