Groundworker (Permanent)
Salary: £31,824 per annum
Location: Covering South Northwest - Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe & Northwich

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. Covering the southern regions of the North West, including Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe and Northwich, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of external repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a reputable employer offering a company van, fuel card and a stable workload.
Duties Will Include:
Flagging and paving repairs
Fencing installation and repairs
Minor drainage works and repairs
General external maintenance duties
Working within occupied social housing properties
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
Requirements:
Previous Groundworks experience
Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance preferred
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
