💷 Pay Rate: £17 per hour
⏰ Hours: 37 per week

The Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will:

🎨 Plan and organise a variety of activities based around residents’ interests and abilities.

🎵 Deliver engaging activities including arts and crafts, music, games, quizzes and social events.

❤️ Encourage residents to participate and promote their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

👥 Build positive relationships with residents and create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

📋 Work alongside care staff to ensure activities are appropriate to individual needs and abilities.

🎉 Support the organisation of special events, celebrations and entertainment within the care home.
About You

Previous experience working with older people, ideally within a care home or healthcare setting.

Friendly, creative and enthusiastic approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient and compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting residents.
