We are currently recruiting MIG Welders for a long-term manufacturing opportunity.
Candidates with all levels of MIG welding experience are encouraged to apply. The rate of pay will be determined by the quality and results of a practical weld test.
Available Shifts & Pay

06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
-
£12.71 – £16.00 per hour
-
14:30 – 23:00, Monday to Friday
-
£14.00 – £18.00 per hour
-
06:00 – 18:00, 4 on / 4 off
-
£13.50 – £17.00 per hour
Overtime is available
The Role
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing quality welds in line with required specifications and production standards.
Duties may include:

MIG welding components to the required standard
-
Preparing materials and components for welding
-
Setting and operating welding equipment
-
Working from drawings and specifications where required
-
Checking weld quality and finished components
-
Maintaining consistent production standards
-
Keeping the work area clean and organised

Following company health and safety procedures
About You
All levels of MIG welding experience will be considered.
We are looking for candidates who are:

Experienced in MIG welding, or have relevant welding experience

Able to complete a practical weld test

Reliable and hardworking

Quality-focused with good attention to detail

Able to work to production requirements

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
