We are currently looking for Press Brake Operators to join our client, a UK leading provider of sheet metal engineering and fabrication services located in Hixon, Staffordshire. These roles are long-term opportunities. Immediate start dates are available.

Press Brake Operator key responsibilities:

Working with Amada press machinery
-
Manual folding of items up to 10mm thick and up to 4m wide

Measure product to ensure quality finish
-
Set machine for required works

Manual handling and movement of stock
-
Complying with Health & Safety standards
Press Brake Operator person specification:
-
Previous experience of operating an Amada press would be ideal, but we are accepting other press brake machinery experience

Having the ability to read engineering drawings would be preferential
-
Ability to use measuring tools
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Good English (reading / verbal) required
-
Own transport is essential
