Warehouse Operative - Picking & Packing
Chelmsford £12.71 per hour Ongoing Temporary Assignment
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Chelmsford. This is an ongoing temporary assignment to support increased demand during a peak period.
This is a very manual role and involves regular heavy lifting throughout the shift, making it suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 6:00pm
45 hours per week
Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
Moving stock around the warehouse
Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
Carrying out ad hoc warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements
No previous experience required as full training will be provided
Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role
Able to carry out regular heavy lifting throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work effectively as part of a team
