Location: based at Interaction Recruitment in Northampton, we are looking to grow our Catering and Hospitality Division and are on the look out for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary: c.£26.5k to £32k NEG DOE + commission with a realistic OTE of £50k + benefits and perks
Rota: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch breaks each day (on call is currently shared between 2 Catering and Hospitality Consultants)
Applicant:
Must drive, have a reliable vehicle and be a confident driver (mandatory)
Will have Recruitment, Sales and/or hands on Catering experience (mandatory)
Shall be friendly, bubbly, confident, punctual, reliable, flexible, professional and trustworthy (mandatory)
Will be proficient in all MS applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory)
Should have or be able to ascertain business car insurance (ideal)
Might hold an enhanced DBS, Food Hygiene or Food Safety certification (ideal)
Could have worked in BOH and/or FOH operations (ideal)
May be a proven Perms Consultant with evidence of achievements (ideal)
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent Catering & Hospitality vacancies
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for a range of hospitality positions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts
Advertising vacancies across appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels
Conducting candidate registrations, reference checks, and compliance documentation
Coordinating candidate interviews and managing the offer and onboarding process
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting client development activities
Assisting with the fulfilment of temporary staffing requirements during peak periods and when required
Achieving individual and team performance targets and contributing to the overall success of the business
Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by management

Supplying temporary staff to a plethora of clients across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire
Provide 60+ staff on a weekly basis
