Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our agency team supporting residents within a residential home environment.

Supporting residents with daily living activities

Providing personal care where required

Administering and supporting medication management

Supporting individuals with epilepsy and implementing care plans

Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures

Accompanying and supporting residents in the local community

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a support worker or care role

Up-to-date mandatory training

Valid certification in all required areas listed above
