This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer and play a pivotal role in ensuring a highly skilled and inspection-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain the site training matrix aligned to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Deliver GMP induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.

Own and maintain training records ensuring completeness and audit readiness.

Assess training effectiveness via competency checks, data analysis, and KPIs.

Support internal audits and host MHRA inspections related to training compliance.

Champion a positive training and quality culture across all teams.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Life Sciences, Quality or HR/L&D (preferred).

Experience in QA, training, or quality systems roles in GMP environments (essential).

Knowledge of GMP, MHRA compliance, and QMS frameworks.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
