Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
Pay: £12.97
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (10-week TTP)
Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Operative to support their busy warehouse function.

THE ROLE
-
Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control

Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
-
Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Support continuous improvement within the operation

Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow

Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
THE REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
-
Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team

Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems

Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential

Please note (essential): This role involves driving company vehicles. Due to the client's motor insurance policy, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
