At Places for People, we're more than just an organisation — we're a social enterprise with People at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Field Operations Director and help us continue making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
More about your role
The roles requires up to 2 to 3 days on site.
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality support to the Field Operations Director, helping them stay focused, prepared, and able to deliver their best work. You'll be the person who brings calm, structure, and clarity to a busy and fast paced environment, ensuring priorities are managed and communication flows smoothly.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety. From coordinating a complex and fast-moving diary and inbox, to event management and managing multiple priorities, you'll provide end to end support to the Director and his team.
The Essential Criteria for this role is listed below
- Demonstrable experience of supporting Senior Director–level executives in a fast paced, complex organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, polished work under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidence.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities, often with tight deadlines and shifting expectations.

You'll be someone who brings confidence, structure and professionalism to every interaction. You take real pride in delivering high quality work and you naturally spot the details that others might miss. You're comfortable supporting senior leaders and understand how to navigate busy diaries, changing priorities and sensitive information with discretion and good judgement.
You will be required to attend your nearest office up to 3 days a week, we are flexible with this approach.
