Are you an experienced Secretary or Senior Administrator with strong organisational and people-management skills? If you're looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of a busy secretarial and administrative function, this could be a great opportunity.
You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the office while managing and coordinating a small administration and secretarial team. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is confident managing workloads, supporting others and looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
The Role
Managing and supporting a small secretarial and administration team
Allocating and prioritising workloads and managing team cover
Acting as a key point of contact for office and administrative matters
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Coordinating meetings and working with senior teams to manage deadlines
Monitoring the quality of administrative support provided
Identifying and implementing improvements to administrative processes
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and development
Working alongside the facilities team on building and tenancy mattersAbout You
Previous experience in a secretarial, administration or office management role
Experience managing or supervising a small team
Highly organised with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
Professional, confident and approachable with strong communication skills
Able to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion
Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in improving processes and supporting others
