Salary: £26,000 Basic + OTE £45,000 Year 1
Top Earners: Earning close to £100,000 per year
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: 28th September (subject to DBS clearance)
The Opportunity
Are you a motivated, target-driven sales professional looking for a role with excellent earning potential and genuine career progression?
We're looking for ambitious Outbound Renewals Advisor to join a growing business in brand-new Central London offices. This is an outbound sales position focused on renewing gas and electricity contracts for existing customers.
Working on a dialler system, you'll be speaking with qualified customers and managing the full renewal process from initial contact through to close. You'll be joining a vibrant, fun and supportive team where full training is provided.
This role would suit candidates with B2B or B2C sales experience from any industry. Previous energy experience is preferred but not essential.
A DBS check will be required before starting employment.
The Role
As an Outbound Renewals Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and renewing a portfolio of existing customers, helping businesses secure the best possible gas and electricity contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Making 100 to 200 outbound calls per day using a dialler system.
Managing gas and electricity renewals for existing customers.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable energy solutions.
Searching for and presenting the most competitive energy deals.
Acting as a dedicated account manager throughout the renewal process.
Scheduling and conducting follow-up calls.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Negotiating and closing sales.
Achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
Cross-selling additional services where appropriate.
Working collaboratively within a high-performing and supportive team environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in sales, either B2B or B2C.
Comfortable making 100 to 200 outbound calls per day.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Resilient and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong at building rapport and relationships.
Skilled in objection handling, negotiation and closing sales.
An excellent communicator with strong listening skills.
Positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Professional and customer-focused.
A strong team player who enjoys contributing to a fun and energetic culture.
Experience within the energy sector is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
