Production Technician
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
Key responsibilities:

Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime.

Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks.

Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes.

Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures.

Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required skills and experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

High attention to detail and consistent quality focus.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.
