The Role

Internal Sales / Sales Support

Handling inbound sales enquiries

Processing customer orders

Preparing and following up quotations

Providing product advice and technical support

Managing customer requirements from enquiry through to order

Building strong customer relationships

Liaising with customers across the sector

Working closely with the wider branch and sales team

Developing knowledge across Plumbing & Heating and building services products

Providing a high level of customer service
