Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels
Own digital marketing performance, budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets
Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation
Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey
Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance
Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regions
Profile
10+ years' experience in demand generation and/or growth marketing
Experience leading international B2B marketing teams (Essential)
Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO and performance marketing
A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue and ROI
Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across global markets
Experience leading distributed teams and driving performance across multiple regioJob Offer
