KS1 & KS2 Tutor
Support Young Learners Through Personalised Education
We're looking for a KS1 & KS2 Tutor to support primary-aged children across West Sussex through tailored 1:1 tuition.
Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide personalised support to learners who require additional educational provision. Many of the children we work with benefit from a nurturing and engaging approach that helps develop core skills, build confidence, and encourage positive engagement with learning.
We're particularly interested in tutors who can support learners in:
Crawley
Worthing
Horsham
Chichester
Bognor Regis
LittlehamptonLocation: West Sussex

Start Date: September
Hours: Flexible
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
Type: 1:1 Tuition
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, learning support, mentoring, or similar roles
Experience supporting primary-aged children
Good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
Ability to deliver engaging and personalised learning sessions
Experience supporting children with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Patient, positive, and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally within West Sussex
