We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Engineers to join a long-term 5-year social housing refurbishment and maintenance programme in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Gas Engineers looking for consistent, long-term work on a major housing programme.
Duties will include:

Domestic gas servicing and maintenance

Boiler installation, servicing and repairs

Gas appliance installation and replacement
-
Fault finding and remedial works
-
Central heating and hot water systems
-
Working within occupied residential properties
-
Completing relevant certification and paperwork

Liaising professionally with tenants
-
Working alongside other trades and site teams
Requirements:

Valid Gas Safe registration
-
Relevant domestic gas qualifications
-
Current CCN1 and appropriate appliances/ACS qualifications

Previous experience within social housing or refurbishment is desirable

Own tools and PPE
-
Full UK driving licence

Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Reliable and professional approach
Long-term work available, with the programme expected to run for approximately 5 years
