We are currently recruiting MIG Welders to join our client, a UK leading provider of sheet metal engineering and fabrication services located in Hixon, ST18 Staffordshire. These roles are long-term opportunities. Immediate start dates are available.

MIG Welder key job details:

Days - 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday

Weekly pay
-
Overtime available and paid at premium (1.2x weekdays, and 1.4x on weekends)
MIG Welder key responsibilities:

MIG welding various materials, predominantly mild steel
-
Jig work
-
Basic fabrication duties
-
Bulk of work is on 1mm to 4mm, but can range up to 20mm
-
Comply with health and safety regulations
MIG Welder person specification:
-
Previous welding experience is essential

Must be able to correctly set-up own welding machine for the various works required

Good English (reading / verbal) is required
-
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast paced environment

Own transport is essential
