Our client, a leading global financial services organisation at the forefront of the banking industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loans Administrator to join their Corporate Trust team. Key Responsibilities:
As a Loans Administrator, you will have a significant impact through the following responsibilities:
Conduct cash reconciliation of client operating accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Administer loan and bond portfolios, maintaining meticulous records and updates.
Monitor the receipt and disbursement of funds, guiding transactions through to settlement.
Execute fund transfers to and from accounts, ensuring timely and precise operations.
Maintain regular communication with external parties, including portfolio managers, loan agents, trading counterparties, auditors, and rating agencies.
Support the Client Service Manager in fulfilling contractual obligations and responsibilities.
Participate in various projects, including new deal closings and other assigned initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this role, our client is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in financial services.
A proactive and focused attitude, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Proficient PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Previous experience in finance or banking.
Operational experience within financial services, particularly in reconciliation, cash, or payments, will be beneficial.
