Work for a well-established bespoke joinery contractor delivering high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and a secure pipeline of work, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to their workshop team.
This role would suit someone who can confidently programme and operate CNC machinery and takes pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery to exact specifications.
The Role
Programme and operate CNC machinery
Work from technical drawings, CAD files and DXFs
Set up machines, tooling and jigs for bespoke projects
Ensure accurate, high-quality output with minimal waste
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
Carry out quality checks throughout production
Liaise with the workshop team to keep projects moving
Help maintain machinery and a safe, organised workshop Requirements
Proven experience programming and operating CNC machinery within a joinery, cabinetry or furniture manufacturing environment
Experience using Biesse, Homag and/or Holzher CNC machines
Confident working from technical drawings, CAD files and DXFs
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine set-up
Good knowledge of tooling, cutting processes and different material types
High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Able to manage your own workload and work to production deadlines What's On Offer
