A boutique structural engineering consultancy, currently experiencing an unprecedented surge in new instructions, requires a versatile engineer to orchestrate a broad portfolio of projects. This is not a siloed role; it is for a professional who thrives on variety, from domestic extensions to sophisticated portal frame developments and compliance-driven surveys.
Technical Execution: Deliver simple design work and detailed drawings.
Client Engagement: Manage site inspections, surveys, and direct communication with architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Strategic Compliance: Navigate the complexities of the Building Safety Act, providing essential inspections and survey calculations for a shifting regulatory landscape.
Operational Agility: Hit the ground running with a "common sense" approach to varied engineering challenges.

Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3–4 years (Graduate/Engineer level) through to Senior status.
Skillset: Proficiency in design and drawing, paired with the mental fortitude to handle client-facing responsibilities
