The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills in sales, business development, negotiation and account management.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with clients and job seekers
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Developing new business opportunities
Conducting sales calls and client meetings
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
Working towards KPIs, targets and commission goalsAbout You

You'll ideally have:
A full UK Driving Licence is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and resilient attitude
A target-driven or sales-focused mindset
Confidence building relationships with people
Ambition to develop a successful long-term career
The motivation to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
