The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own 360 recruitment desk, taking responsibility for both candidate and client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and growing client accounts
Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Negotiating fees and securing placements
Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
Delivering an outstanding recruitment service throughout the hiring process
About You
We're looking for:
Previous recruitment experience in any sector
Experience as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Consultant
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A motivated, target-driven and commercially focused mindset
Desire to develop within a 360 recruitment environment
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
