A client I am currently working with is looking for a contractor to join their busy HMO licensing and compliance team in the East Midlands.
The Role:

HMO inspections and licensing compliance checks
-
HHSRS assessments
-
Strong knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 Part 1 and 2

Identifying hazards and breaches
-
Working with landlords to achieve compliance
-
Initial inspection report writing
Requirements:
-
Strong HMO and Private Sector Housing experience
-
Practical HHSRS knowledge
-
Ability to work independently
-
Housing or Environmental Health qualification desirable
(EHRB registration not required)
