Totally Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business.
The Role
As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding heavy-duty equipment to a consistently high standard.
Your duties will include:

MIG welding heavy steel up to 20mm gauge

Working with 1.2mm welding wire on large and heavy equipment

Fabricating components and assemblies to specification
-
Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
-
Working accurately to set specifications and quality standards
-
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Working as part of a skilled production team
Experience with the following would also be advantageous:
Experience Required
-
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Fabricator Welder

Minimum 2 years' experience working with commercial vehicles
-
Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills
-
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
-
Experience working with heavy steel fabrication

What We Offer

£14.00 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience and trade test

Overtime available at an enhanced rate
