Job Role: CNC Turner
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour
Metalis are working with a leading engineering company in Sheffield, who are looking for a CNC Turner to join their team.
Job Duties:

Set, operate and program CNC lathes

Read and work from engineering drawings
-
Work on parts up to 40 tonnes
-
Work on parts up to 10 metre in lengths
-
Program the machines using Fagor controls
-
Work with materials such as steels, superalloys etc.
Job Requirements:

Apprentice Trained or relevant Engineering Qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND/ONC)

Experience within CNC environment

Experience with Fagor controls
-
Overhead crane (experience or licence)
