18 Rec is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the construction and maintenance sector. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer for a permanent role with a well-established contractor delivering social housing maintenance services.
The Role:
Working across occupied social housing properties, you will carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and weatherproof.
Key Responsibilities:

Reactive and planned roofing repairs

Diagnosing and resolving leaks and roofing issues
-
Working on pitched and flat roofing systems

Gutter, fascia, and soffit maintenance
-
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards

Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a roofer

Experience within social housing (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work independently and efficiently
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
