About the Role
Together are looking for a caring and reliable Female Mental Health Community Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities

Provide emotional and practical support.

Promote independence, wellbeing and dignity.

Support individuals with appointments and community activities.

Build positive and professional relationships.

Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.

Record and report any concerns appropriately.
Requirements

Previous experience in mental health, healthcare or social care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, reliable and professional.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. (Business insurance required)

Willingness to travel across the South of the country
