Location: Lowestoft – working across dual sites
Salary: £30,180.50 per annum
Hours: 8am–6pm, Monday–Sunday
Driving: Full UK driving licence required
Your Role
During the initial mobilisation phase, you’ll play a key part in coordinating the transition of the people we support and bringing newly recruited teams together.
You’ll:
Coordinate transition visits and support the people we support through the change
Maintain engagement with newly recruited colleagues
Help coordinate induction, training and probation
Work closely with Operations and Recruitment on staffing and redeployment
Support community mapping and local planning
Track key transition milestones and keep mobilisation on schedule
Make sure colleagues feel informed, supported and prepared
Help ensure every element of the transition is safe, organised and person-centredAs the new services become established, you’ll move into the wider Care Coordinator remit, providing ongoing coordination and support to colleagues and the people we support.
You’ll help ensure care delivery teams are deployed effectively, documentation is in place and day-to-day operational needs are managed smoothly. You’ll also coordinate with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies, handle enquiries and appointments, and monitor live calls using bespoke software.

Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience working in Health & Social Care
Previous administration or coordination experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A flexible, proactive approach
The ability to handle confidential information appropriately
