CSCS Groundworker – Lambeth
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.
Applicants must live in Lambeth.
Location: Lambeth, London
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available
The role will involve:

Carrying out general groundworks duties on site

Drainage, ducting, kerbing and paving
-
Concreting and basic finishing works
-
Excavation and preparation works
-
Assisting with site set-up and general civils duties
-
Working safely around plant and machinery
-
Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered, you must have:

Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card
-
Relevant Groundworks NVQ
-
Previous experience working as a Groundworker
-
Previous civils experience
-
Experience with drainage, kerbing, paving and concreting

Own hand tools
-
Live in Lambeth
-
Ability to provide 2 recent working references
Conduct Regulations 2003
