Handyman – Lambeth
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Handyman to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.
Applicants must live in Lambeth.
Location: Lambeth, London
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available
The role will involve:

Carrying out general handyman and maintenance duties across the site

Completing basic carpentry, repairs and snagging works

Assisting with minor fixing and finishing tasks

Supporting site management and other trades when required

Keeping work areas safe and tidy

Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered, you must have:

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience working as a Handyman on a construction site

Good general maintenance and basic carpentry skills

Own hand tools
-
Be willing to assist with a variety of general site duties

Live in Lambeth
-
Ability to provide 2 recent working references
Conduct Regulations 2003
