The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to work across commercial properties throughout London.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general maintenance and repair works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities

Plumbing repairs and maintenance

Fixing and replacing toilets and associated fittings

Making good following repairs

Repairing and replacing door locks

General fabric and building maintenance
-
Completing reactive maintenance tasks across commercial properties
-
Carrying out approximately 2 jobs per day – 1 morning and 1 afternoon
Requirements

Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader / Maintenance Engineer

Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills

Experience working within commercial properties

Able to complete jobs independently and to a high standard

Good customer service and communication skills

Full UK driving licence
-
Own van or car required

Professional and reliable approach
