This is a fantastic Temp to Perm opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growing contractor making real, sustainable improvements to local social housing.

Great Temp to Perm Pathway: Immediate income via weekly pay, transitioning seamlessly into a stable, long-term permanent role.
Competitive Earnings: Earn £23.00/hr (Umbrella) or £17.32/hr (PAYE direct) + holiday accrual.
Supportive & Energetic Team: Join a dynamic site setup where tenant satisfaction, high standards, and team collaboration come first!
Key Responsibilities:
Community & Tenant Engagement: Act as the main face of the project, delivering introductory letters, conducting resident inductions, and explaining upcoming retrofit works (insulation, ventilation, heating upgrades).
Survey Coordination & Choice Selections: Carry out pre-start home assessments, guide residents through choices where applicable, and record special access or vulnerability requirements.
Access Management: Work hand-in-hand with site supervisors and sub-contractors to schedule property access, keeping installation programmes strictly on track.
De-escalation & Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve resident concerns, manage access refusals with empathy, and address day-to-day queries on-site before they turn into formal complaints.
Documentation & Handover: Maintain detailed communication logs, complete customer satisfaction surveys, and guide residents through final property sign-offs.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven RLO Experience: Demonstrable history working as an RLO or TLO in social housing (experience with retrofit, Decent Homes, or planned maintenance schemes is ideal).
Driver: Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own reliable vehicle for daily travel across the Erith patch.
People Person: Outstanding communication skills, high empathy, natural conflict-resolution abilities, and a upbeat, professional attitude.
