Dunnock View is a specialist mental health service providing care and rehabilitation for adults with complex mental health needs.
Role Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work as part of the team to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to service users.
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing day-to-day care and support to service users.

Supporting with personal care and daily living activities where required.

Observing and reporting changes in behaviour or presentation.
-
Following individual care plans and risk assessments.
-
Supporting therapeutic activities and patient engagement.
-
Maintaining accurate care records.
-
Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
-
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
-
Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
-
Previous UK healthcare experience – ESSENTIAL
-
PMVA training – ESSENTIAL
-
Mental health experience is highly desirable.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
-
Compassionate and patient approach.
-
Ability to work effectively within a busy mental health environment.
Shifts
Dunnock View operates 24/7, with day and night shifts available, including weekends.
