£30,000 - £38,000 per annum (including bonus)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Honiton.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.

Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.

Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.

Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

A professional, positive and team-focused attitude.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
