Service Advisor (Temporary) – Bridgwater
Hours: Temporary position – start end of September

Earning Potential – Salary:
£19.15 per hour
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Overview
We're looking for a Service Advisor to join a world-renowned commercial vehicle manufacturer in Bridgwater on a temporary basis. You'll be meeting and greeting customers, managing administrative tasks, planning and scheduling work, and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. If you're organised, customer-focused, and ready for a temporary role, this is the one.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently
Planning, scheduling, and coordinating work
Creating and processing job cards – checking for existing work in progress
Checking account details, available credit, and obtaining relevant authorisation
Providing timely updates to customers
Agreeing timescales for unscheduled work and following through to completion
Using initiative and working comfortably as an individual
What You'll Need
Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred)
Strong customer service skills – professional and friendly
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident using computer systems and booking software
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
You'll be a great fit if you're customer-focused, organised, and available for a temporary role.
